About the role#
We are looking for a Customer Service and Deduction Management Intern to join our team in St. Louis. This is a paid, full-time, on-site role. You will work with us for 3 to 6 months on a rolling basis.
What you'll do#
- Resolve deductions with a specific focus on shortages.
- Validate paperwork and SKU identification for accuracy.
- Identify trends in deduction data.
- Enter credits into SAP.
- Match product returns to open deductions.
What you'll need#
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Aptitude for learning and navigating business systems.
- Experience working as part of a team.
- Ability to manage your own tasks with minimal supervision.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
