About the role#
This is a part-time, paid position for the Fall 2026 term. You will work on-site in the Sociology department at Duquesne University. This role requires Federal Work-Study eligibility.
What you'll do#
- Assist faculty and the administrative assistant with copying tasks.
- Manage data entry projects.
- Answer incoming phone calls for the office.
- Run various errands as needed.
- Provide help to students who visit the department.
What you'll need#
- A dependable work ethic.
- Basic computer skills.
- You should be able to work with minimal supervision.
- A willingness to assist both faculty and students.
- Creativity is a plus for this role.
