About the role#
This internship supports strategic development and talent initiatives within the Dulcedo network. You will work at the intersection of innovation and execution, contributing to new talent services, digital strategy, and relationship-driven projects. This position is ideal for individuals interested in the creator economy who possess strong instincts for culture, content, and emerging platforms.
What you'll do#
- Support the development of new talent services and service offerings.
- Conduct market research on emerging trends, platforms, and competitor activities.
- Assist in building frameworks, strategy decks, and internal documentation.
- Identify and map potential brand, platform, and industry partners.
- Support outreach, relationship-building efforts, and meeting coordination.
- Assist in preparing strategy presentations and talent-facing materials.
- Contribute to content audits, performance tracking, and the development of platform-specific growth strategies for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Monitor cultural moments and trends to identify real-time content opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or Media Studies.
- Comfortable in talent-facing and client-facing environments.
- Highly organized with strong project management instincts.
- Detail-oriented, with a focus on deck formatting and consistency.
- Proactive, self-directed, and capable of working independently.
- Genuinely passionate about the creator economy.
Location & details#
- Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Commitment: Full-time (30-40 hours per week).
- Term: Rolling.
- Compensation: This is an unpaid internship with a $500 stipend provided upon successful completion of the 16-week program.
