About the role#
This internship supports strategic development and talent initiatives within the Dulcedo network. You will work at the intersection of innovation and execution, contributing to the development of new talent services while assisting with daily social strategy and relationship management. This role is ideal for those interested in the creator economy and digital strategy.
What you'll do#
- Support the development of new talent services and offerings.
- Conduct market research on emerging trends, platforms, and competitor offerings.
- Assist in building frameworks, decks, and internal documentation for new initiatives.
- Identify and map potential brand, platform, and industry partners.
- Support outreach and relationship-building efforts, including booking meetings.
- Assist in preparing strategy presentations and talent-facing materials.
- Contribute to content calendars, audits, and performance tracking.
- Monitor trends and cultural moments for real-time content opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or Media Studies.
- Comfortable in talent-facing and client-facing environments.
- Highly organized with strong project management instincts.
- Detail-oriented, particularly regarding deck formatting and consistency.
- Proactive and self-directed work style.
- Genuine passion for the creator economy.
