About the role#
Qode Social is hiring a full-time Digital Marketing Intern to join our team in North York. This is an on-site position. You will work from our office located at the Sheppard Centre subway station. To be eligible, you must be a full-time student at a Canadian public university or college and hold Canadian citizenship, residency, or refugee status.
What you'll do#
- Develop and execute Google Search Engine Optimization strategies.
- Manage Google and Meta advertising campaigns.
- Perform keyword research and write metadata copy.
- Analyze search data and track campaign performance.
- Execute display advertising tactics including ad creation and bid management.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness through geo-targeting and audience analysis.
- Monitor industry changes and benchmark against competitors.
- Contribute to website content planning and user acquisition strategies.
- Support departmental procedures and reporting activities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business Management, Commerce, Marketing, Internet Marketing, or Management Information Systems.
- Experience or a strong interest in Google Ads and Facebook Paid Ads.
- Familiarity with website traffic metrics and data analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Understanding of data-driven optimization and user interface usability.
