About the role#
As a Founder’s Associate Intern, you will work directly with the founders to own high-priority projects across product, sales, hiring, and operations. You will take on tasks directly from the founders, launch new initiatives from scratch, and gain insight into how a company is built. This is a full-time, on-site role in San Francisco.
What you'll do#
- Take ownership of the most important projects currently on the founders' plates.
- Build new things from zero, including market entries, prototypes, and events.
- Work across different business functions to solve problems.
- Fast-track your career development by proving your capabilities across the company.
What you'll need#
- 2-3 internships in top-tier roles like consulting or private equity, experience at a high-growth startup, or a history of building your own projects.
- High agency, strong drive, and a serious work ethic.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity without waiting for specific direction.
- A track record of being useful in your first week and indispensable by your fourth.
- A competitive nature and a focus on getting things done with zero ego.
