About the role#
Dornier MedTech is hiring a Marketing & Events Intern for the Fall 2026 term. This part-time position is based on-site in Kennesaw, Georgia. You will work approximately 10 hours per week, typically spread across two or three days to ensure marketing materials are ready for shipment throughout the week.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate logistics for trade shows, including managing hotel reservations and pre-show paperwork.
- Prepare booth displays, AV equipment, brochures, and product samples for shipment.
- Receive and inventory materials returning from shows to ensure everything is stored correctly for future use.
- Inspect returned ureteroscopes and product samples to confirm they are in working condition.
- Collect post-show leads and route them to the Senior Marketing Manager.
- Maintain the marketing storage areas to keep supplies organized and stocked.
- Fulfill requests for brochures and binders.
- Manage smaller IDN and state-level shows as you gain experience.
What you'll need#
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail to manage multiple shows at once.
- High energy and the ability to work independently.
- Organizational skills and a preference for tidy workspaces.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
