About the role#
This is a paid, full-time co-op position focused on the intersection of artificial intelligence and risk management. You will work within a remote environment to help identify and prototype AI solutions that support our banking operations.
What you'll do#
- Research emerging AI technologies and trends to determine their relevance to risk management.
- Identify and prioritize specific AI use cases that align with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with technology partners and risk experts to design and prototype new solutions.
- Assist in building proof-of-concept models and evaluating how well they perform.
- Document your findings, create presentations, and share recommendations with senior leadership.
- Support the planning process for adopting successful AI tools into existing risk workflows.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- A strong interest in machine learning and data-driven decision-making.
- Basic knowledge of risk management concepts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with AI and automation tools that improve productivity and workflow efficiency.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.

- Location: Malvern, Pennsylvania (Remote work modality).
- Term: Rolling.
- Compensation: $25.00 per hour.
- Eligibility: Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
