About the role#
This 10-week summer internship program offers students a chance to work within departments like banking, risk, operations, finance, or technology. You will be paid $25.00 per hour while working full-time. The role requires you to be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
What you'll do#
- Analyze data, support process improvements, and assist with research.
- Contribute to department assignments that align with current business needs.
- Work with your intern team to tackle an AI-driven business challenge.
- Participate in weekly development workshops and internship events.
- Present your final project and insights to senior leadership.
What you'll need#
- You are a rising senior (Class of 2028) pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Data Science.
- You have an interest in banking, financial services, technology, risk, compliance, or analytics.
- You possess strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- You are curious and willing to learn in a new environment.
- You are familiar with AI and automation tools that support productivity.
- You can use the Microsoft Suite and are ready to learn other internal applications.
