About the role#
Medline Industries, LP is looking for an MBA Intern to join the Marketing organization for a 12-week program during the summer of 2027. This role focuses on analyzing data, identifying market trends, and providing recommendations that influence business decisions. You will work on a high-impact project designed to improve marketing strategy or commercial performance.
What you'll do#
- Translate customer, market, and competitive insights into actionable recommendations.
- Deliver a project that advances marketing strategy or commercial performance.
- Develop and present recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Support strategic initiatives, process improvements, or cost-savings efforts.
- Collaborate with teams across Sales, Operations, Product Management, and Finance to solve business problems.
- Prepare presentations or reports to share your findings with leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an MBA degree program.
- At least 3 years of professional business experience in marketing or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort working with data.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to present to senior management to influence business decisions.
