About the role#
The Vascular Product Marketing Intern will assist in the planning and execution of marketing efforts for assigned products under direct supervision. This part-time position requires a commitment of 32 hours per week and is based on-site in Alameda, California.
What you'll do#
- Provide administrative support for the development and production of marketing literature and sales support tools.
- Assist the marketing team with updates to the vascular product website.
- Attend trade shows and meetings to gain an understanding of the clinical use of products.
- Participate in clinical data gathering and review, including identifying major studies, key endpoints, and upcoming trial data to support scientific presentations.
- Conduct a ShowPad audit and provide recommendations for content updates, additions, or removals.
- Adhere to the company Quality Management System and relevant security, privacy, and compliance regulations.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma with at least two years of college coursework in biology, neuroscience, business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of one year of business, administrative, or marketing experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Exposure to digital marketing.
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

- Working conditions: The role involves work in general office, laboratory, and cleanroom environments. It requires the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, move between buildings and floors, and use standard office equipment for extended periods.
