About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based at our global headquarters in Bloomington, Minnesota. You will gain professional experience working directly with our team over a 10 to 12 week period. This position is on-site and does not include relocation assistance. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
What you'll do#
- Assist with projects focused on occupational safety, health, or environmental aspects.
- Conduct data activities to support compliance with site environmental regulations.
- Process data related to safety and environmental events, including injuries, spills, fires, near misses, and internal inspections.
- Participate in the annual EHS self-assessment to review compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Conduct employee training as outlined in the site EHS Compliance Calendar.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Occupational Safety, Occupational Health, EHS, Environmental Science, Safety, Safety Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics, or a related field.
- A cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 out of 4.0.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Pay: $20.00 to $28.00 per hour, based on degree progress and major.
- Status: Full-time, overtime eligible.
