About the role#
The Electric Transmission Digital Solutions Team builds custom applications and dashboards that help our team track asset health and make informed decisions. As an intern, you will support Electric Transmission Asset Management by maintaining data systems used for equipment monitoring and analytics. You will work under the guidance of experienced team members to gain exposure to engineering, compliance, and the full application development lifecycle.
What you'll do#
- Gather business requirements from users.
- Write SQL queries and programming code.
- Build custom applications and dashboards.
- Support data-driven tools that improve visibility for our customers.
- Participate in customer discovery, requirements definition, deployment, and ongoing support.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Mathematics.
- Minimum GPA of 2.5.
- Foundational understanding of custom application development.
- Basic knowledge of software concepts, data structures, and programming process flows.
- Solid data analysis and critical thinking skills.
- Familiarity with operating system concepts.
- Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills.
- Attention to detail and a focus on quality.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to apply academic knowledge to practical business scenarios.

- Schedule: Full-time.
- Compensation: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour.
- Status: Paid internship.
