About the role#
The Graduate Student Worker supports the operations and promotion of DU BeInvolved, the student engagement platform, and assists with the Family Academy program. You will help manage event data, coordinate promotional materials, and facilitate communication with families. This role involves working with students, staff, and campus partners to improve engagement across the university.
What you'll do#
- Review, approve, and update events within the DU BeInvolved platform.
- Train student organizations and staff on how to use the platform.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including tabling and event promotion during Welcome Week and DU Fest.
- Manage the inventory and distribution of promotional items and giveaways.
- Analyze engagement data and generate reports to track trends.
- Support Family Academy sessions by preparing materials, sending communications, and tracking attendance.
- Create content for newsletters, flyers, and social media.
- Assist with general Office of Student Involvement events as needed.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor's degree.
- Current enrollment in a Dominican University graduate program.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some nights and weekends.
