About the role#
As an Articling Student at our Vancouver or Surrey offices, you will work closely with managers, senior managers, and partners across various client engagements. You will gain experience across diverse industries including mining, health sciences, manufacturing, and not-for-profits. This role focuses on hands-on learning and mentorship to support your progress toward the CPA designation.
What you'll do#
- Prepare accurate tax returns, working papers, and accounting assignments for personal and business clients.
- Deliver assurance engagements to provide clients with confidence in their financial information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships by communicating with clients and third parties to gather necessary information.
- Support clients with their financial information and contribute to team projects.
What you'll need#
- An undergraduate degree with a focus in accounting.
- Completion of all required prerequisites for entry into the CPA program before the start date.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including a solid working knowledge of Excel.
