About the role#
The MBA Summer Internship Program is a 10-week experience designed for graduate students to gain leadership exposure within the renewable energy industry. You will work on high-impact business challenges, collaborate with senior leaders, and develop strategic recommendations that directly influence company decisions. This role provides exposure to renewable energy markets, project development, and energy infrastructure investment.
What you'll do#
- Evaluate growth opportunities, market trends, competitive positioning, and strategic initiatives.
- Support the advancement of wind, solar, and battery storage projects through financial modeling and development strategy.
- Analyze project performance and improve business processes across construction and operational assets.
- Assist with project finance, capital allocation, valuation, budgeting, forecasting, and investment decision-making.
- Gain exposure to power markets, offtake strategies, commercial transactions, and market intelligence.
- Evaluate sourcing strategies, supplier partnerships, logistics, and operational efficiencies.
- Support initiatives related to stakeholder engagement, regulatory affairs, public policy, and community relations.
- Participate in projects involving talent strategy, workforce planning, employee experience, and organizational transformation.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from an accredited university.
- Must not graduate prior to August 2027.
- Prior professional experience before MBA enrollment.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Demonstrated leadership through professional, academic, military, or community involvement.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
- Interest in renewable energy, infrastructure, project finance, or strategy.
