About the role#
The Capital Projects team provides advisory and consulting services to project owners, contractors, and government agencies. We support clients through the development and delivery of large-scale construction projects. As an intern, you will join a team of engineers, architects, and auditors to help our clients manage risk and achieve project goals.
What you'll do#
- Support various aspects of project assignments.
- Assist in project management oversight assessments.
- Perform construction cost or schedule assessments.
- Assess management or construction contract compliance and audit.
- Recommend project risk management solutions.
- Perform process and control reviews and organizational assessments.
- Develop business processes and set up project controls and governance.
- Evaluate and develop construction claims for dispute resolution.
- Contribute to creating value for clients with large capital projects.
What you'll need#
- Working towards a post-secondary degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, a construction-related discipline, or Computer Science.
- Excellent visual, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a team setting, contribute ideas, and share knowledge.
- Willingness to learn and seek regular feedback.
- Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence.
- Ability to meet deadlines and produce high-quality work with a high degree of task ownership.
- Basic English language skills for the Quebec location.
