About the role#
This position supports the Corporate Real Estate Design team at Deloitte. You will assist with commercial interior fit outs, ranging from small initiatives to large scale projects. This role involves working alongside subject matter experts to learn about workplace strategy, construction, and corporate interior design.
What you'll do#
- Support project reporting, on-site reviews, and vendor management.
- Coordinate with vendors to gather quotes, samples, and specification information.
- Assist in managing the sample library and furniture inventory.
- Help manage design deliverables for various projects.
- Perform site visits to monitor progress.
- Create physical or digital vision boards and prepare presentation materials.
- Track documentation for accessibility and sustainability certifications.
- Handle general file management and team operations.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a post-secondary program for architecture, environmental design, or interior design.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments at once under tight deadlines.
- Strong organization, time management, and editing skills.
- Pragmatic problem-solving ability and a proactive, independent work style.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
- Experience or knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite is an asset.
