About the role#
As a student worker in Sports Medicine, you support the athletic training staff with daily operations on the field. You help ensure that practices and games run safely by managing equipment and monitoring student athletes. This role requires travel to away football games with the staff.
What you'll do#
- Set up and break down equipment for practices and games.
- Fill and maintain water coolers, bottles, and ice chests.
- Drive a golf cart to transport equipment, manage hydration stations, and move injured or ill athletes off the field.
- Observe practices and games to identify potential injuries and alert the athletic training staff.
- Assist with other tasks as assigned by the staff.
What you'll need#
- You must be a currently enrolled full-time student at Delaware Valley University.
- Hold basic First Aid and CPR skills.
- Possess basic driving skills to operate a golf cart safely.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication and listening skills.
- Follow directions clearly, especially during emergencies.
- Ability to lift approximately 75 pounds with assistance.

- The position is located in Doylestown, Pennsylvania.
- Work is on-site and involves exposure to various weather conditions, including heat, rain, and snow.
- This is a paid, part-time student position with rolling start dates.
