About the role#
This is a 12-16 month internship based in Calgary, Alberta. You will report to the Manager of Product Change and Development while working alongside teams in Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Technical Services, IT, HR, and Finance. This is a full-time, paid position.
What you'll do#
- Use the ERP system to build business cases for Product Changes and Options requests.
- Create Project Charter pages to support the handoff from the Aftermarket team to the Product Change Management team.
- Attend weekly meetings, capture requirements, and track action items for all participants.
- Apply professional standards and company processes to all program activities.
- Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner to all stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- A degree or diploma in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- Education or experience in aerospace, project management, or manufacturing.
- Basic to intermediate skills in the MS Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A metrics-focused mindset and the ability to think critically.
- Capability to remain calm and maintain control under pressure.
- A team-oriented approach.
Location & details#
- Location: Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, kneel, bend, and work in various environmental conditions.
- You may be required to work shift rotations, including weekends, nights, or overtime.
