About the role#
This paid, 10-week internship offers hands-on experience in retail management. You will work alongside Store Managers and District Leaders to learn how to run a store and lead a team. The program includes a business-focused project where you will address a real business opportunity and present your findings to leadership.
What you'll do#
- Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
- Learn day-to-day operations and retail management best practices.
- Analyze business performance and support operational activities.
- Assist with inventory management, merchandise handling, and stocking.
- Work a flexible schedule that includes days, evenings, and weekends.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor's degree program in Business Administration or a related field.
- Expected graduation date between May 2027 and May 2028.
- Availability to work 35 hours per week for the full 10-week program.
- 1 to 3 years of customer service experience.
- An interest in pursuing a career in retail store management.

- This is an on-site, full-time internship for Summer 2027.
- Positions are available in Forest Hills, Astoria, Kew Gardens, Middle Village, Howard Beach, Ozone Park, Glendale, Jackson Heights, Whitestone, Ridgewood, and Sunnyside, New York.
