About the role#
This is a paid, 10-week summer internship for students interested in retail store management. You will work on-site in Baltimore, Maryland, to gain hands-on experience in retail operations and leadership. You will work 35 hours per week throughout the duration of the program.
What you'll do#
- Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
- Learn the day-to-day operations of a successful store.
- Complete a business-focused project that addresses a real business opportunity.
- Support operational activities such as merchandise handling and inventory management.
- Analyze business performance to understand how operational decisions impact store results.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an associate or bachelor degree program, specifically in Business Administration.
- Expected graduation date between May 2027 and May 2028.
- 1-3 years of customer service experience.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
