About the role#
This paid, full-time internship offers a 10-week summer program for students interested in retail store management. You will work on-site to gain hands-on experience in leadership and store operations. The role focuses on developing management skills by working directly with Store Managers and District Leaders.
What you'll do#
- Lead a retail team and engage with customers.
- Learn day-to-day store operations, including merchandise handling, inventory management, and stocking.
- Complete a business-focused project that addresses a real opportunity and present your findings to leadership.
- Analyze business performance and learn how operational decisions impact store results.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an associate or bachelor's degree program in Business Administration or Operations Management.
- Availability to work 35 hours per week for the full 10-week program.
- 1-3 years of customer service experience.
- A clear interest in pursuing a career in retail store management.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.

- This position is based in Austin, Georgetown, San Marcos, Round Rock, Bee Cave, or Pflugerville, Texas.
- This is an on-site, full-time role.
