    About the role#

    As an EIC Intern, you will join our service line team to learn about commercial real estate. You will gain exposure to industry terms, laws, regulations, and market trends throughout the internship. This is a paid, full-time position based on-site in Las Vegas.

    What you'll do#

    • Gather information, conduct research, and analyze data to provide advice.
    • Assist with daily business tasks and respond to day-to-day requests.
    • Ensure issues are addressed and resolved according to established processes.
    • Track project timelines and generate monthly reports.
    • Assist managers with department objectives and complete special projects.
    • Develop professional expertise through on-the-job training and observation.

    What you'll need#

    • At least two years completed toward a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
    • A minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA.
    • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (sponsorship is not available).
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills.
    • A record of providing excellent customer service.
    • Reliability and the ability to work as a self-starter.
    • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
    • Comfort working both individually and as part of a team.

    • Location: 10845 Griffith Peak Drive, Las Vegas, NV.
    • Modality: On-site.
    • Compensation: $17.85 - $21.00 per hour.
