About the role#
We are looking for a curious and creative Marketing and Communications Intern for a four-month, full-time placement running from late August through the end of December 2026. You will report to the Marketing and Communications Specialist and work closely with the Marketing and Communications Coordinator to gain hands-on experience in a professional services environment. This role is designed to provide clear assignments, regular guidance, and feedback to help you build your portfolio.
What you'll do#
- Assist with planning, creating, and organizing content for social media channels, including short-form video.
- Research relevant social media trends and propose creative content and campaign ideas.
- Support the filming and editing of recruitment, educational, event, and service-related content.
- Help draft captions, prepare simple graphics, and collect photos and information.
- Assist with maintaining and updating the firm's website, SharePoint, and other digital channels.
- Help coordinate and implement firm events and recruitment activities.
- Assist with drafting, formatting, and proofreading internal and external communications.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a university program in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in social media, short-form video, content creation, and recruitment marketing.
- Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and current social media trends.
- Basic experience with filming or video editing, or a strong willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in both English and French.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
