About the role#
This internship offers an 8-10 week experience for college students to explore the insurance industry. You will gain insight into the organization, assess your interest in an insurance career, and contribute to company goals. The program provides a mix of formal training and hands-on work to help you develop professional skills.
What you'll do#
- Learn about insurance, industry workflows, and the various divisions within the organization.
- Build analytical, technical, and decision-making skills through formal and informal learning.
- Complete special projects that assist your department and provide exposure to the corporate environment.
- Finish all prescribed training modules.
- Network with senior leaders, experienced teammates, and fellow interns to build professional connections.
What you'll need#
- Progress toward a Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong academic performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
