About the role#
We are looking for a Localization Assistant Intern to help coordinate projects and operations. You will support our team by tracking progress, managing content, and ensuring clear communication between our local staff and stakeholders in China. This role is ideal for someone interested in digital entertainment and storytelling who can manage multiple tasks at once.
What you'll do#
- Support Chinese-to-English script localization by confirming requirements and tracking project deadlines.
- Review and categorize scripts based on internal guidelines.
- Perform quality assurance checks to catch formatting issues or inconsistencies.
- Keep our translation databases, content metadata, and project trackers up to date.
- Act as a bridge between local teams and China-based stakeholders to share updates and collect feedback.
What you'll need#
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and similar productivity software.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
