About the role#
The Customer Service Intern supports our customers by handling inquiries and maintaining clear communication. You will work on-site in Piqua, Ohio, in a full-time, paid capacity. This is a rolling internship opportunity.
What you'll do#
- Act as the main point of contact for customers reaching out by phone or email.
- Share information regarding order status, product availability, pricing, and bills of materials.
- Work with internal teams in sales, operations, and production to resolve customer issues.
- Keep customer data accurate within our systems.
- Follow up with customers to maintain strong business relationships.
- Handle other administrative or service tasks as they arise.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an associate degree program.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office and internal software systems.
- Strong skills in problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal interaction.
- Capacity to multitask and manage priorities.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
- A positive, team-oriented mindset.
- Previous internship experience is preferred.
