About the role#
Cox Enterprises is hiring a Financial Analyst Intern to join our team in Atlanta. This is a paid, full-time internship offered on a rolling basis. You will work in a hybrid capacity, with some remote work expected. Please note that this position does not offer visa sponsorship.
What you'll do#
- Analyze financial data and verify documents to ensure accuracy.
- Conduct research to support finance, accounting, and internal controls governance teams.
- Assist with the analysis of month-end results, forecasts, and budgets.
- Provide administrative support and help lead special projects.
- Interface with department members and share progress updates on tasks.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an upper-level undergraduate or graduate student in an Accounting or Finance program.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with other financial tools.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills to work effectively within a team.
- Ability to organize and balance multiple, changing priorities.
