About the role#
This is a Sales Intern position within the Canadian Cosmetics Team at Coty. You will report to the Cosmetics National Account Manager and assist with tasks related to brands such as COVERGIRL, Rimmel London, and Sally Hansen. This role is open to students or recent graduates of a business program.
What you'll do#
- Work with Account Managers to complete various sales administrative tasks.
- Support weekly sales analysis and data organization.
- Review customer promotional summaries and address variances.
- Manage display plans and reporting.
- Update and maintain sales marketing documents.
- Track customer flyers and manage flyer insert artwork requests.
- Assist with ad hoc customer marketing requests and events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support sales objectives.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in or recent graduation from a business administration program.
- Strong knowledge of Excel.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective time management and the ability to prioritize your workload.
- Comfort navigating multiple company programs and platforms.
- A collaborative mindset to work well within a team.
Location & details#
- Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
- Work Modality: Hybrid, with the option to work up to 50% of the month remotely.
- Compensation: $36,608 per year.
- Employment Type: Full-time, paid internship.
- Benefits: Paid time off, summer Friday half-days between Victoria Day and Labor Day, holiday pay, Christmas break off, and gym reimbursement after 6 months of continuous employment.
