About the role#
Corteva Agriscience is hiring interns for our Research and Development organization. You will work alongside scientists and technical experts in an industrial setting. This is a full-time, paid internship based in Indianapolis. We are looking for students available during the Summer and Fall of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Work on projects involving software engineering, automation, machine learning, and database building.
- Talk with business users to understand their needs and improve internal workflows.
- Build AI-enabled solutions that use historical data to manage tasks and projects.
- Integrate data from various internal sources to improve reporting, dashboards, and business insights.
- Develop and enhance internal tools to reduce manual effort.
- Use geographic information systems to create data products and assessments where needed.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field.
- Completion of at least two full years of undergraduate-level computer or data science coursework, including labs.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Strong technical data skills and the ability to communicate with stakeholders.
- Experience with Python, R, cloud computing, or data engineering is a plus.
Location & details#
- Location: Indianapolis, Indiana.
- Modality: On-site.
- Commitment: Full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks.
- Relocation: You must be able to relocate to Indianapolis for the duration of the internship.
