About the role#
Continental Properties is hiring a Land Planner/Urban Planning Intern for the Summer 2027 term. You will work at our home office in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, in a full-time capacity. This role involves collaborating with our Development team on site design for upcoming multifamily projects.
What you'll do#
- Assist project teams with site planning design for multifamily projects.
- Support activities related to land planning and technical drawings.
- Review project due diligence materials.
- Research site and municipal requirements.
- Prepare presentation materials.
- Help the Development team with various project tasks.
What you'll need#
- Junior or senior level student status in Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture, Design, Civil Engineering, or a related program.
- Experience with AutoCAD or similar CAD programs is desired.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week during the summer.

- Compensation: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour.
