About the role#
Continental Properties is hiring a Customer Experience Analyst Intern for Summer 2027. You will work at our home office in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. The Customer Experience team monitors and improves the end-to-end experience for residents and prospects across our national apartment portfolio. You will use resident feedback and research tools to identify trends and help inform improvements across the organization.
What you'll do#
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative customer data to identify trends and pain points.
- Translate findings into written, actionable recommendations.
- Create data visualizations and charts to illustrate key findings.
- Support survey projects by drafting questions, assisting with programming, producing results, and coordinating with the Data team.
- Assist with resident panel activities, including drafting discussion guides and synthesizing research findings.
- Conduct secondary research on CX topics and industry trends.
What you'll need#
- Current status as a rising junior, senior, or graduate student in a quantitative or research-focused field such as Statistics, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, or Political Science.
- Prior coursework or internship experience in data analysis, quantitative research, or customer research.
- Strong Excel skills, including experience with formulas, pivot tables, and organizing data from multiple sources.
- Experience with survey platforms, including questionnaire creation and programming.
- Ability to build clear, well-organized PowerPoint reports.
- Experience using AI tools to analyze data.
- Strong writing skills for summarizing findings and recommendations.
- Ability to communicate ideas effectively and collaborate within a team.

- Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour.
