About the role#
Continental Properties is hiring a Construction Management Intern for Summer 2027. You will work at our home office in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, gaining experience in both preconstruction and field execution for our rental housing communities. This is a full-time, paid position.
What you'll do#
- Research codes, permits, and fees.
- Coordinate dry utilities.
- Assist with early budgets and cost estimates.
- Visit active job sites and join inspection walks.
- Ensure projects meet code requirements and quality standards.
- Track project documents and assist with managing consultants.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Junior or Senior in an Engineering, Construction Management, or related program.
- A genuine interest in the construction industry.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week during the summer.

- Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour.
