About the role#
The Vet Ecosystem Co-op supports the Corporate Vet Business Development Manager and the broader Customer Development team. You will help execute commercial strategies across the Vet Channel by assisting with operational and go-to-market activities. This role serves as an internal point person for regional customers while providing hands-on experience in commercial planning, sales enablement, and analytics.
What you'll do#
- Manage customer event logistics, including scheduling, venue coordination, and materials preparation.
- Coordinate trade shows by overseeing registrations, booth setup, attendee tracking, and schedules.
- Organize team meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews, and special customer alignment events.
- Oversee marketing and sales collateral to ensure field teams have access to up-to-date materials.
- Distribute sales planners, product launches, and commercial toolkits to account managers.
- Maintain digital asset repositories and ensure cross-functional alignment on updates.
- Act as a regional point person for operational inquiries and communication between partners.
- Maintain accurate contact channels, escalation matrices, and organizational wiring documentation.
- Consolidate field feedback and customer insights to support go-to-market planning.
- Assist with the Growth Choice model by helping with framework analysis, data gathering, and scenario testing.
- Track annual commercial discipline processes and Joint Value Planning timelines.
- Support customer rebate programs, promotional incentives, and investment recaps.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications, Animal Science, or a related field.
- Prior internship or leadership experience is preferred.
- A strong interest in pet nutrition and sales strategy.
- Effective project management and organizational skills to handle competing priorities.
- The ability to cultivate field relationships and leads into formalized business partnerships.
