About the role#
As a Digital Product Management Intern, you will join our global Digital Unification initiative. This program focuses on unifying our digital ecosystem and launching new, consumer-centric experiences. You will work alongside Product Managers, Business Analysts, UX Designers, and engineers to bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution. This role is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Partner with Product Managers and Product Owners to define user stories, groom backlogs, and track sprint progress.
- Clarify acceptance criteria for development teams.
- Conduct research on user experience, market trends, and feature benchmarking.
- Document business requirements and map user workflows to identify operational dependencies.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), feature validation, and issue triage.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to monitor performance metrics and track key performance indicators.
- Organize workshops and maintain project documentation.
- Facilitate communication between regional teams, agencies, and project leads.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a BA or BS degree program, specifically in your 3rd or 4th year.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems.
- Basic understanding of or interest in digital product development, UX principles, and Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Proactive and organized work habits.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or Miro.
- Curiosity regarding AI tools and applications.
