About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to apply classroom knowledge to the consumer packaged goods industry. You will work within customer service and logistics to analyze business trends, cost impacts, and efficiency performance. Throughout the one-year program, you will partner with teams across customer engagement, customer development, category management, and warehouse operations to support key stakeholders and leaders.
What you'll do#
- Assist with business-based projects.
- Generate and maintain reports while providing analytical insights.
- Build your understanding of the consumer packaged goods industry.
- Develop presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- You are currently a Junior with a graduation date in Spring 2028.
- You are pursuing an undergraduate degree in Supply Chain, Business, Business Analytics, Logistics, Engineering, or Information Systems.
- You maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA.
- You have working knowledge of advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- You can work 20 hours per week during the school year and full time during the summer.
- You possess strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- You are able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively as a team player.
- Experience with Google Suite, SQL, Sigma, and Domo is preferred.
- You are currently authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

- This role is based in Rogers, Arkansas.
- The work modality is hybrid.
- This is a paid, full-time internship with a rolling term.
