About the role#
As a Customer Engagement Analyst Intern, you will work with regional teams and subsidiaries to improve customer data and collaboration. You will support demand planning and customer engagement initiatives by analyzing data and managing reporting processes. This role focuses on supply chain efficiency, specifically targeting order to invoice processes and service KPIs.
What you'll do#
- Define and develop dashboards for demand and customer engagement KPIs.
- Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to support decision making.
- Manage, update, and share standardized analytics and reports with divisional teams.
- Coordinate the implementation of new tools and processes.
- Support regions with customer inventory tracking.
- Oversee master data management to ensure data integrity and identify process improvements.
- Communicate frequently with regional leadership regarding service KPI achievement.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Availability to work 20 hours per week during the academic semester.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience creating dashboards in tools such as Domo, Sigma Computing, or Google Business Suite.
- Ability to work with and simplify massive data sets.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- This position is based in Overland Park, KS.
- You must be available to work in a hybrid capacity at our office location.
- This is a paid, non-full-time internship.
