About the role#
This internship offers students a chance to gain experience in sales and customer development at a global consumer goods company. You will work within our Category Management teams, focusing on building relationships with major retailers and using data to drive growth. This role is designed to provide exposure to various business functions and senior leadership.
What you'll do#
- Engage in shopper marketing, account management, and category management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers.
- Balance sales efforts across ecommerce, digital, and in-store channels.
- Develop cross-functional partnerships across the organization.
- Use retailer and market data to solve real-world business needs.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program with an expected graduation date of Spring 2028.
- Ability to analyze datasets and turn that information into actionable insights.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Preference for candidates with previous internship or co-op experience in sales, consumer packaged goods, or retail analytics.
- Familiarity with category management principles, e-commerce metrics, or financial acumen is a plus.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
