About the role#
Keystone Cooperative is looking for a Public Relations intern for the summer of 2027. This role offers hands-on experience within our marketing team. You will spend your summer working on real projects that contribute to our day to day operations. We tailor this internship to your interests and experience level to ensure you get the most out of your time here.
What you'll do#
- Tell the Keystone story through creative projects and initiatives.
- Represent the company at public events to build our brand presence.
- Write content for newsletters, social media, and press releases.
- Publish news stories and develop topics for our podcast.
- Assist the marketing team with planning and coordinating events.
- Track community investments and report on the results.
- Build and manage marketing calendars.
- Prepare presentations and promotional materials.
- Complete a final capstone project by the end of the summer.
What you'll need#
- A passion for agriculture and an interest in the industry.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- A creative mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- A personable and outgoing approach when meeting people in public.
- Pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, or Agriculture.

- This is an on-site, part-time position based in Indianapolis, Indiana.
