About the role#
As a Software Engineer Intern, you will join our team to design, develop, and maintain software systems. You will apply engineering principles to create solutions that range from individual applications to larger systems. This role involves coding, testing, debugging, and ensuring software is efficient for our users.
What you'll do#
- Write, develop, evaluate, and document new and modified software programs.
- Test and prepare software applications for installation.
- Support end users through software troubleshooting and training.
- Research and select technical data for assigned projects.
- Work with internal and external teams to obtain data related to engineering requirements.
- Manage software assets, including maintenance contracts.
- Prepare and present technical reports and recommendations.
- Participate in department improvement activities and support company culture.
- Learn and promote the quality management system in accordance with ISO standards.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong problem analysis and problem solving techniques.
- Background or interest in writing C/C++ applications is preferred.
- Experience with embedded Linux development is preferred.
- Familiarity with cross-compilation and ARM/x86 development is preferred.
- Aptitude or background in computer vision or robotics is preferred.

- Term: Summer 2027.
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
