About the role#
As a Quality Engineer Intern at CNH, you will join the team in Benson, Minnesota, to support production and ensure products meet safety and performance standards. You will work full-time on-site, gaining hands-on experience in problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration. This role involves investigating product issues and driving improvements across the plant.
What you'll do#
- Follow all safety procedures and promote a culture of safety across the plant.
- Identify and resolve complex product problems involving electrical, hydraulic, or mechanical systems.
- Apply corrective action processes to determine root causes and document resolutions.
- Prevent the recurrence of problems by addressing issues found in production build processes.
- Conduct field return investigations.
- Build electrical test fixtures and test benches for plant use.
- Determine issues with new product releases and coordinate corrective action between departments.
What you'll need#
- Pursuit of an Associates, Technical, Bachelor’s, or Post-graduate degree in Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
