About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based at our manufacturing plant in New Holland, Pennsylvania. You will work on-site to assist with quality engineering tasks and contribute to our daily manufacturing operations.
What you'll do#
- Support manufacturing operations at the New Holland plant.
- Perform root cause problem solving to address issues in the manufacturing environment.
- Use quality tools and statistical control to drive process improvements.
- Develop and document processes.
- Assist with technology development to support daily manufacturing workflows.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in a college degree program.
- Pursuit of at least a Bachelor degree in Engineering, Science, Technology, or Math.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
