About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship based at the New Holland Manufacturing Plant. You will join the New Product Launch Engineering Team to assist with bringing new products to market. This role is strictly on-site for the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Develop, implement, and document new manufacturing process flows.
- Design and prove out fixtures for production.
- Participate in Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) sessions.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to support successful product launches.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college degree program.
- Pursuit of at least a Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technical, Math, or Engineering field (Mechanical Engineering preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Pay: $23.69 to $27.81 per hour.
