About the role#
The Brand Communications Intern supports the New Holland North America Brand Communications team. You will balance creative and operational projects while acting as an assistant project manager to implement marketing strategies. This role involves working with both internal teams and external agencies to deliver projects that align with strategic objectives and budget goals.
What you'll do#
- Support the day-to-day operations of the Brand Communications team.
- Lead weekly dealer communications, including content gathering, design, and distribution.
- Assist with customer-facing communications, including social media content and community engagement.
- Maintain marketing project timelines and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Support the execution of brand events, including attending local and national trade fairs.
- Contribute to brand merchandise and licensing strategies.
- Provide data-based recommendations to optimize marketing plans.
- Support product marketing communication needs and team review processes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college degree program, pursuing at least a Bachelor’s degree.
- Academic background in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Willingness to learn baseline knowledge of agriculture equipment.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to travel.
