About the role#
The Manufacturing Operations team at the Racine facility focuses on the safety, quality, and efficiency of production lines. As a Manufacturing Engineer Intern, you will work alongside production teams to gain hands-on experience with process optimization and engineering principles. This is a full-time position for the Summer 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Support engineering processes and production line operations.
- Use root cause analysis to find and implement solutions to production challenges.
- Contribute to projects that improve quality, productivity, and efficiency.
- Assist with data analysis and reporting to help guide manufacturing decisions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a sophomore, junior, or senior in a Bachelor’s degree program for Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Intermediate Excel skills and basic experience with data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in agriculture, construction, or landscaping is preferred.

- Compensation: $23.69 to $27.81 per hour.
- Status: Paid, full-time internship.
