About the role#
This internship supports the development of prototype agricultural equipment. You will gain hands-on engineering experience while working in a manufacturing environment. The program runs full-time for the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Lead one process improvement project and one safety improvement project.
- Manage inventory, material flow, and daily shop operations.
- Analyze data and create reports to help the team make decisions.
- Work alongside engineers, technicians, and shop staff on prototype activities.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a degree in mechanical engineering or an engineering technology field.
- You have mechanical aptitude and a genuine interest in manufacturing processes.
- You can read engineering prints and drawings.
- You have strong problem-solving skills and experience with data analysis.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Experience with CAD, Power BI, or programming tools is a plus.
- You work well in a team and communicate effectively.

- Work Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Full-time during the summer of 2027.
- Compensation: This is a paid position with an hourly rate between 19.57 and 25.75 dollars.
