About the role#
As an Electrical Engineering Intern, you will focus on developing and improving test systems used to validate electronic products during production. You will work on hardware design, electronic test design, test automation, manufacturing data analysis, and product validation.
What you'll do#
- Develop software and automation tools for manufacturing test systems.
- Perform hardware development, PCB design, and improve test fixtures.
- Evaluate new and existing circuits for functionality and electrical qualification tests.
- Use simulation software and prototypes to validate new circuits and subsystems.
- Perform hardware validation and driver development.
- Support manufacturing programming through test flows.
- Analyze manufacturing test data and investigate product defects.
- Create and maintain documentation for designs and project phases.
- Participate in reviews of schematics, layout, IO selection, and hardware requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
- Assist with training needs for new or existing products or processes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college program.
- Pursuit of a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.

- Location: Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week).
- Modality: On-site.
