About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based in New Holland, Pennsylvania. You will work on-site to support our driveline lab testing operations, focusing on the machinery and components that power our agricultural equipment.
What you'll do#
- Manage existing mechanical lab tests through to completion.
- Execute short mechanical lab test activities from start to finish.
- Oversee planned electrical component and software tests according to established procedures.
- Assist the team with the design, drawing, and work order creation for test fixtures.
- Collect and analyze data from equipment such as combines, balers, tractors, forage harvesters, and windrowers.
- Help execute full vehicle, subsystem, and component tests in a lab setting.
- Support the design and build of test fixtures, test controls, and data acquisition systems.
- Prepare and submit concise, timely reports that include data analysis on performance, reliability, and durability.
What you'll need#
- You must be a currently enrolled college student.
- You should be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
