About the role#
The Commercial Marketing Campaign Intern provides operational and project coordination support to the Campaign Management team. You will assist in the execution of integrated marketing campaigns by managing timelines, organizing assets, and supporting cross-functional communication. This role offers hands-on exposure to commercial marketing, dealer channel strategies, and product launches within the agricultural equipment industry.
What you'll do#
- Support Campaign Managers with the day-to-day execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Maintain project timelines, campaign calendars, and milestone trackers.
- Coordinate deliverables across internal teams, vendors, and agencies.
- Organize creative files, campaign assets, and supporting documentation.
- Document meeting notes, action items, and follow-up activities.
- Assist with the preparation of campaign briefing documents, status reports, and meeting materials.
- Monitor project deadlines and ensure campaign documentation remains current and accessible.
- Help route creative assets for review and approval.
- Support invoice processing and budget tracking activities.
- Maintain project management systems and workflow tools.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a liberal arts field, such as English, History, Comparative Literature, Writing and Rhetoric, or Art History, with an interest in Marketing or Management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to learn Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in an internship, campus organization leadership, or project coordination is preferred.
- Interest in marketing, agriculture, or equipment manufacturing.
- Familiarity with project management tools, marketing platforms, or data reporting projects.

- Location: New Holland, Pennsylvania.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week).
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship with an hourly rate of $20.34.
