About the role#
This ten-week Summer Analyst Program runs from June through August. You will join the Citi Global Wealth team to gain exposure to various business areas, including banking, investments, lending, wealth planning, and the offices of the COO and CIO. The program begins with training to prepare you for your team placement. You will gain insight into how Citi serves clients ranging from affluent individuals to ultra-high-net-worth families.
What you'll do#
- Partner with private bankers, investment professionals, and product specialists to create client solutions.
- Contribute to analytics and proposals that improve the client experience.
- Network across the organization to explore different areas of the wealth business.
- Assist with business priorities and projects during your time with the team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program with a graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
- A preferred GPA of 3.4 or higher.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- High personal integrity and a commitment to business ethics.
- A sense of urgency and the ability to execute tasks efficiently.
- Resilience in a high-volume work environment.
- You must not require sponsorship for U.S. work authorization now or in the future.
